국회가 헌재에서 탄핵소추안의 주된 사유인 내란죄를 철회한 탄핵소추는 원소추안과 현저히 다르므로 무효이므로 각하를 해야 할 헌재가 심리를 계속할 이유가 없다. 국회의 탄핵 의결이 다시 없는 한 헌재는 탄핵을 심리할 권한이 없다.

도대체 국무회의 심의도 거치지 않고 왜 헌재 재판관 임명을 서둘렀나? 국무회의 심의를 거치면 임명에 반대할 것이 뻔하니 우원식 국회의장과의 밀담에서 서둘러 임명하기로 한 것인가?
대통령권한대행 탄핵도 정족수 2/3를 따라야 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 단순 과반수로 한덕수 권한대행을 탄핵소추한 것은 명백히 헌법 위반이다. 우원식 국회의장은 헌법을 위반해 단순 과반수로 한덕수 권한대행을 탄핵한 반란범이다. 헌법을 위반한 그는 국회의장은 물론 국회의원직도 박탈되어야 한다.
강팍해진 이재명·우원식 거대 야당은 윤 대통령을 구속시키려고 혈안이 되고 있다. 그럴수록 윤 대통령 관저를 밤새도록 지키려는 시민의 놀라운 투쟁은 갈수록 더 강력해지고 있다. 심지어 20대 30대 젊은 세대들의 참여가 두드러졌다.
